Alaskan Summer Cookout Features Brew Crew

When Alaskan Brewing Company was looking for seafood recipes to feature during the summer seafood promotion, they had to look no further than their own Brew Crew.

"It just made sense, we have a number of avid cooks on staff, an annual cooking with beer competition and access to some of the world's best seafood right here in Alaska," says Alaskan Marketing Manager, Cindy Burchfield.

Consumers will find one of three different recipes inserted in their 6 packs, 12 packs and case boxes during the summer season. Packager Sean McLaughlin is featured with his Alaskan Amber Pepper Prawns recipe. Tom West, Alaskan Production Assistant, shares his secrets for Alaskan Amber Glazed Salmon. Not to be outdone, Distribution Coordinator Tony Hand parts with his Alaskan Crab Lasagna with cream sauce recipe. With these and more than 80 recipes at www.alaskanbeer.com, Alaskan fans can pair their Alaskan beer with fresh Alaska seafood and other fine dishes.
