Seattle Cooks with Alaskan Beer

Cooking with beer has always been a passion of the crew at Alaskan Brewing Company. Now we’re taking the show on the road. Three of Seattle’s most prominent chefs will be cooking with Alaskan beer on the main demonstration stages at Seattle Cooks, November 8 – 10.

Seattle Cooks will bring everything the avid home cook could dream of to the Washington State Convention Center, including the city’s best chefs sharing center stage and their favorite recipes.

The following chefs will feature Alaskan beer in their cooking demonstrations.

Saturday, Nov. 9 4 – 4:30
Paul Michael Frontier Room
Cajun Seafood Gumbo

Sunday, Nov. 10 12:30 – 1
Steve Cain Waterfront Restaurant
Steve Cain’s Wicked Shrimp

Join an Alaskan Brew Crew member in the beer garden following the demo for a unique tasting of each of our brews as well as beer pairing and cooking ideas.
