Alaska Stout Corn Pancakes
Ingredients
Breads, Cakes & Cookies
  • 2 cups corn meal, coarse grind
  • 2 cups Alaskan Stout
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 pint sour cream, any kind
  • 2 Tablespoons baking powder
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 6 each eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  •  

    Methods/steps
    Place cornmeal in a bowl with the Alaskan Stout and allow to soak for several hours or overnight.
    Add the remaining ingredients and stir into a batter
    Cook as small pancakes on a hot griddle. Serve with toppings of choice.
    Good cold with spreads or meat.
