Alaskan Amber Pepper Prawns

Methods/steps 1. Combine the first five ingredients in a large glass or stainless steel bowl. Stir in the prawns, cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Set the barbecue grill to low heat. 3. Alternate 3 or 4 prawns with pepper pieces on skewers. 4. Oil the grill, and cook the skewers over low heat 3 - 5 minutes on each side. 5. Remove from the grill and serve at once with cold Alaskan Amber. Submited by: Sean McLaughlin, Alaskan Brewing Co. |
