Alaskan Baltic Fudge Truffle
Ingredients
Alaskan Baltic Porter Recipes

·         1.5 cups sugar

·         4 tbsp. cocoa-dutched

·         Dash of salt

·         1 cup heavy cream

·         ½ cup Baltic Porter plus some splashes

·         2.5 tbsp butter

·         1 tbsp vanilla

 

Methods/steps

Combine sugar, cocoa, salt, cream and ½ cup beer in pan. Boil until soft ball stage (240 degrees). Quickly move to stand mixer. While mixing, quickly add splash of Baltic Porter, vanilla and butter. While mixing, splash Baltic Porter to taste. Cool completely. Roll in to 1 inch balls. Dip in high quality melted bittersweet chocolate.
