Alaskan Baltic Porter Fudge Truffles

Ingredients
Alaskan Baltic Porter Recipes
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 Tbsp Dutch Cocoa
- dash of salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Alaskan Baltic Porter
- 2 1/2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Methods/steps
- Combine sugar, cocoa, salt, heavy cream and 1/2 cup Baltic Porter in a large pan.
- Boil mixture until it reaches a soft ball consistency (approx. 240 degrees).
- Quickly move to a standing mixer and add a splash of Baltic Porter, vanilla and butter while mixing.
- While mixing, add an additional splash of Baltic Porter to taste and desired consistency.
- Cool completely.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and dip in high-quality melted bittersweet chocolate.
- Cool and serve.
