Alaskan Chicken Splinter
Ingredients
Alaskan Winter Ale Recipes

  • ½ lb. bacon, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 12 Chicken drumsticks
  • 1 16 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 bottle Alaskan Stout
  •  

    Methods/steps
    Fry bacon in large skillet over medium heat. As bacon becomes soft and there is enough grease, add onion and saute until translucent. Add drumsticks and brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and Alaskan Stout. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
