Alaskan ESB Apple/Potato Casserole

Methods/steps Butter casserole dish. Combine flour, salt, pepper, thyme and cayenne in a bowl. Toss potato slices with butter, repeat with apple slices.
Layer half the potatoes in casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 of the flour mixture. Place half the apple and onion slices over the potatoes and sprinkle with 1/4 of the flour. Repeat layers. Combine cream, Alaskan ESB and garlic. Pour over casserole. Cover and bake 50 minutes at 375 °. Remove cover, reduce temperature to 350 ° and bake 35 minutes. Top with cheese, garnish with rosemary and bake 15 minutes or until golden. Just before you taste the beer, enjoy the exceptional aroma created by a special infusion of Centennial hops.
