Methods/steps Boil rice in water and Alaskan ESB.
Meanwhile in heavy saucepan, sauté butter, onion, garlic, carrots, and celery in sesame oil until tender. Add soy sauce, spices and stir well. Add cooked rice, eggs, and crab. Continue cooking and stirring until heated through. Serve alone with a green salad and Alaskan beer or with your favorite Chinese recipe.
