Alaskan ESB King Crab Fried Rice
Ingredients

Alaskan ESB Recipes
  • 4 cups dry basmati rice
  • 1 cup Alaskan ESB
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 Tablespoon pure sesame oil
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Alaskan ESB
  • 13 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Suisa Caldo de Pollo spice (or your favorite spice mix)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • 6 eggs, scrambled
  • 5 cups Alaskan king crab
  •  

    Methods/steps
    Boil rice in water and Alaskan ESB.
    Meanwhile in heavy saucepan, sauté butter, onion, garlic, carrots, and celery in sesame oil until tender. Add soy sauce, spices and stir well. Add cooked rice, eggs, and crab. Continue cooking and stirring until heated through. Serve alone with a green salad and Alaskan beer or with your favorite Chinese recipe.

    Fried rice is always a favorite, add some king crab to the mix and you are liable to have a riot on your hands. Great for a hungry crowd.
