Alaskan ESB Salad Dressing

Methods/steps Place all ingredients in a jar or salad cruet with a tight fitting lid, and shake until well blended. Serve at once over your favorite green salad.
Marinate slices or cubes of mozzarella cheese in the dressing for 2-3 hours at room temperature, then serve with crusty bread and tomatoes as an antipasto. Serving suggestions: Toss with spinach, red onion, and mandarin oranges.
