Alaskan Stout Chopettes
Ingredients
  • 12 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 4 cut up lamb chops
  • dash olive oil
  • 1 4 oz. jar non-pareil capers, chopped
  • 1 bottle Alaskan Stout beer
  • 1 lb. Chopped mushrooms
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  •  

    Methods/steps
    Brown choppettes with garlic in an oiled skillet. Add chopped capers and Alaskan Stout. Simmer for 20 minutes with chopped mushrooms. Serve over a bed of rice
