Alaskan Stout Hot Fudge
Ingredients
Condiments & Sauces
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 oz. Ghiradelli Bittersweet chocolate
  • 8 oz. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 112 oz. evaporated milk
  • 1 12 oz. bottle Alaskan Stout
  •  

    Methods/steps
    Bring 1 bottle Alaskan Stout to a boil over medium high heat in a medium saucepan.
    In another medium saucepan, slowly melt butter and chocolate. Add remaining ingredients and reduced Alaskan Stout. Cook over low/medium heat until thick. Serve warm over ice cream.
