Alaskan Stout Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
Breads, Cakes & Cookies
  • ½ lb. Butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T. molasses
  • 3 T. Oatmeal Stout
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp. Cloves
  • ½ tsp. Baking soda
  • ½ tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • ¾ cup walnuts
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
    •  

    Methods/steps
    Cream butter and sugar. Add all liquid ingredients and mix until well combined. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Drop with spoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until done.
