Alaskan Stout Steamed Clams

Methods/steps In a covered saucepan, melt butter then simmer carrots and onions on low heat for 10 minutes. Add Alaskan Stout and water and simmer 10 minutes more. Add clams and cook for 3 minutes. Turn heat to medium for 2 minutes. Remove clams immediately and serve.
