Alaskan Winter King Crab Sushi

Methods/steps Mix together crab seasoning and pour over shelled king crab. Soak 10 minutes and drain.
Cook rice as directed. Substitute 1 bottle of beer in the water ratio. Remove from heat and add rice vinegar seasoning. Allow to cool. Lay Nori on sushi mat. Spread seasoned rice. Add veggies and crab. Add beer to water in bowl. Dip hand in water/beer and wet end of Nori wrapper. Roll, squeeze and shape sushi. Cut into bite size pieces with a wet knife.
