Amber Chile Pork Roast

Methods/steps Liberally salt and pepper the roast. Place in a large roasting pan. Sprinkle with diced onions and garlic.
Mix catsup, sugar, chile past and Alaskan Amber. Pour sauce over roast. Cook roast, uncovered, at 375 degrees to about 20 minutes per pound. Remove, slice and enjoy with Alaskan Amber. Submitted by: Luann McVey |
