Amber Linguine & Clam Sauce

Methods/steps Saute garlic and onion in oil until soft. Add 1/2 bottle of Alaskan Amber Beer and parsley. Reduce to half. Add chopped clams and remaining beer, reduce to half. Add whole clams, clam juice and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add fresh lemon juice and pepper to taste.
Serve over fresh cooked linguine with Alaskan Amber to accompany your meal. |
