· 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix · 1 pkg. (3.9oz) instant chocolate pudding mix · 3 tbsp baking cocoa · 1 c milk · 1 c Baltic Porter · 2 eggs · 2 cups chocolate chips Methods/steps In large mixing bowl, combine cake and pudding mixed, cocoa, milk, beer and eggs. Beat on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour in to greased and floured at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar.
