Don's Stout Moose Chili

Methods/steps Brown moose and garlic in heavy pot over medium heat. Add beer, spices and cover. Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Add beans and tomatoes. Simmer on low for 30 minutes or until ready to serve, stirring occasionally. Serve with cornbread and Alaskan Stout.
