Double Black Eye and Sauce
Ingredients

Marinade · 22oz. Double Black IPA · 1 bottle of Worcestershire · 1 bottle of soy sauce · 4.5 oz. minced garlic · 1 cup brown sugar · 10 lbs. Rib Eye or New York steak · Montreal seasoning Sauce: · 22oz. Double Black IPA · ¼ c Worcestershire · ½ c of soy sauce · 2 cloves of garlic · ¼ cup of sugar Heat to a boil Methods/steps Marinate steak for 8 hours, pat dry and rub with Montreal steak seasoning. Smoke for about 1 hour in smoker. Thinly slice steak in to 50 slices and skew with cabob skewers. Grill kabob steak slices for 20 minutes. Serve with sauce. |
