ESB Halibut Pancakes with Garlic White Sauce
Ingredients

Alaskan ESB Recipes
  • 5 cups Krusteaz Pancake mix
  • 36 oz. (3 bottles) of Alaskan ESB
  • 4 lbs. Wild Alaska Halibut filets, cooked and flaked
  • 3 cups mixed vegetables, cooked
  • 2 T. chopped garlic
  • 2 T garlic powder
  • 2 T. black pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  •  

    Methods/steps
    Mix pancake mix with beer, add cooked halibut, chopped veggies, garlic and seasonings.
    Spoon batter on heated, lightly greased griddle or pan. Cook 1 to 2 minutes then flip and cook other side 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
    Heat mushroom soup and serve on top.
