Extra Special Mustard
Ingredients

Alaskan ESB Recipes
  • 4 oz. dry mustard
  • 1 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Alaskan ESB
  • ½ cup malt vinegar
  • 6 eggs beaten
  •  

    Methods/steps
    Pour into a saucepan and mix well. Cook over medium heat until thick. Remove and cool. Serve with sausage, pretzels or Chinese barbecued pork.
