Forrest’s Smoked Porter Honey Ribs
Ingredients
Meat & Poultry
  • 1 rack pork spareribs
  • 1 16 oz. bottle Alaskan Smoked Porter
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup peppered sherry (optional)
  • ½ cup Yoshida sauce
  •  

    Methods/steps
    Combine beer, honey, sherry, and sauce in a pan that will fit the rack of ribs. Add ribs and ensure they are covered by marinade. Marinate in refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight.
    Remove ribs from marinade and apply Lawry’s seasoning salt or your favorite seasoning salt.
    Grill slowly over low heat until cooked through and slight charring occurs from marinade. Slice ribs and serve immediately with Winter Ale Dippin’ Sauce (recipe follows)
