Healthy Harvest Pie

Pastry: · 2 cup white whole wheat flour · 1 tsp Splenda · 2/3 cup canola oil · ¼ tsp salt · 3 tbsp 2% milk Filling: · 1 c baked yam · 1 c butternut squash (steamed) · ½ c sugar · ½ c brown sugar – Splenda · ¾ c eggbeaters · ½ tsp salt · ½ ginger · ½ tsp allspice · 2 tsp cinnamon · ¼ t cloves · 1 t pumpkin pie spice · ¾ tsp vanilla · 1 c fat free evaporated milk · ½ c Alaskan White Ale
Methods/steps Pastry: Mix dry pastry ingredients together in 9” pie plate with a fork. Whip together oil, milk and pour over flour mixture and mix with fork until all flour is dampened. Reserve about 1/3 of dough for crumble crust top. Press remaining dough evenly against bottom and sides of pie plates. (Could reduce this by 1/3 since not using a crumble crust top).
