Latin Lover’s Brew
Ingredients
  • 1 red pepper (chopped)
  • 2 Tbs. Olive oil
  • 2 ½ lbs. Spicy Italian sausage
  • 1 ½ lbs. Shrimp (peeled)
  • 12 oz. Alaskan Stout
    •  

    Methods/steps
    Fry pepper in 2 Tbs. Olive oil until tender. Add sausage and fry until cooked through. Pour in beer and shrimp. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over jasmine rice.
