Methods/steps In a saucepan, slowly simmer Alaskan Oatmeal Stout, cherries, cardamom, vanilla and sugar for 1 1/2 hours. Pour off syrup and set aside. Puree solids. In a blender, mix crushed ice, sweet and sour mix, key lime zest, vodka and add cherry syrup. Pour blend into tall beaker style glass, spoon chilled cherry puree ½ inch on top of blended drink. Pour ½ inch coconut milk on top and serve with mint sprig for garnish. Makes 4 drinks.
