New Mexico Green Chile Casserole
Ingredients
Alaskan ESB Recipes
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 2 small cans green chile, diced
  • ¼ cup Alaskan ESB
  • 1 lb. pasta shells, cooked and drained
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp garlic, ground
  •  

    Methods/steps
    Brown meat in large skillet. Add garlic and sauté until translucent.
    Mix remaining ingredients together, add cooked meat and turn into casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake in a 350-degree oven until heated through, about 30 minutes. Serve warm with beer bread and glasses of Alaskan ESB.
