Orange IPA Salad Dressing
Ingredients
Alaskan IPA Recipes
  • ½ c. Alaskan IPA
  • ½ c. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. orange zest
  • ¼ c. orange juice
  • ¼ c. minced shallot
  • ½ tsp. minced garlic
  • Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • ¼ c. olive oil
  • 2/4 c. safflower or other mild oil

    Methods/steps
    Bring the Alaskan IPA, brown sugar, orange zest and orange juice to a boil. Remove from heat. Add shallot, garlic, salt and pepper and whisk in both oils slowly to emulsify. Serve over fresh organic greens, cucumber, radishes and green onions.
