Orange Porter Spinach Salad
Ingredients
Salads & Side Dishes
  • Torn baby spinach
  • Tomatoes
  • Thinly sliced white or red onion
  • Mandarin orange segments
  • Diced bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Anything else you like: feta, olives, grated parmesan, shredded carrot, green onion, mushroom, sliced hard-boiled eggs.
  • 1 cup commercially purchased orange marinade/dressing
  • ½ cup Alaskan Smoked Porter
    •  

    Methods/steps
    Make your favorite spinach salad. Mix marinade/dressing with Smoked Porter. Toss salad with dressing and sprinkle with cashews before serving.
