Porter Potato Chips
Ingredients
Salads & Side Dishes
  • 32 oz. Alaskan Smoked Porter
  • 2 cups teriyaki
  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons garlic, chopped
  •  

    Methods/steps
    Combine all ingredients and put in large Ziploc bag. Squeeze air out of bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Drain potatoes and lay on cooking sheets in a single layer and bake until golden brown. Remove from oven. Sprinkle salt and granulated garlic to taste. Serve with Alaskan Smoked Porter Crab Dip.
