Silverbow Extra Special Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients

Alaskan ESB Recipes
  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 6 Tablespoons honey
  • 6 Tablespoons white wine
  • ¾ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons ginger, ground dry
  • 12 oz. Alaskan ESB (1 bottle)

    Methods/steps
    In a medium saucepan bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let the liquid reduce to half, stirring frequently.
    Remove from heat and let cool
    YIELD 1 quart
