Smoked Cauliflower
Ingredients
Salads & Side Dishes

Ingredients:

·        1 large head cauliflower – coarsely chopped, boiled for 5.5 minutes

·        1 bottle of Smoked Porter

Béchamel Sauce:

·        3 T butter

·        3 T cloves, cooked down

·        1 ½ C milk (1 can evaporated)

·        Salt

·        Pepper

·        Nutmeg 

·        2 beaten eggs

·        1 cup grated Swiss cheese

 

Methods/steps

Cook until thick

Drain cauliflower add splash of milk. Toss with Béchamel sauce, eggs, cheese, salt, pepper and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
