Smoked Oyster Stuffed Chicken

Methods/steps Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until transparent. Add smoked oysters and oil from the tin. Sauté for five minutes. Stir in Ritz crackers. Add Alaskan Pale a little at a time until you reach desired consistency. Stuff chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hour or until internal temperature of stuffing reaches 160 degrees. Baste during cooking with any remaining Alaskan Pale.
