Smoked Porter Crab Dip
Ingredients
Salads & Side Dishes
  • 4 cups fresh Alaska crab, cooked and flaked
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ cup Alaska Smoked Porter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  •  

    Methods/steps
    Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse to desired consistency. A bowl, spoon and strong arm can replace food processor. Serve with Porter Potato Chips.
