Smoked Porter Ham Glaze
Ingredients

Methods/steps Pour one bottle Smoked Porter over ham and bake as directed, removing ½ hour before end of cooking time. Drain liquid.
To prepare glaze, combine all the glaze ingredients into a small saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour over ham and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve with sweet potatoes and glasses of Alaskan Smoked Porter. Submitted by: Tony Hand |
