Smoked Porter Salsa
Ingredients

  • 1 - 28oz can Muir Glen Organic Whole Peeled Tomatoes
  • 1 cup - fresh cilantro, diced
  • 3 Tbsp- fresh garlic, diced
  • 2 tsp - onion powder
  • 2 tsp - dry organic basil
  • 1 tsp - sea salt
  • 1 tsp - black pepper
  • 1 - Large Anaheim Pepper, seeded & diced (~4T rounded)
  • 3 - Habanera peppers, seeded & diced (~4.5 tsp)
  • 1/2 - Jalapeno pepper, seeded & diced (~2 tsp)
  • 1 - Serrano pepper, diced (~1 tsp)
  • 3 Tbsp - Alaskan Smoked Porter
  •  

    Methods/steps
    Use Fresh, Organic ingredients whenever possible. Blend until smooth and refrigerate min 5 hrs. Serve with Red and/or Blue Corn Organic Tortilla chips.
