Spicy Fresh Rolls With Pale Ale Citrus Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
Condiments & Sauces
  • 1 c. Orange Juice
  • 1 c. Alaskan Pale Ale
  • ¼ c. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. hot chile sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • ¾ c. brown sugar
  • 4 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 handfuls chopped peanuts

    Methods/steps
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a oil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with you favorite bread or roll.
