Teriyaki Beef Strips
Ingredients

Alaskan ESB Recipes
  • 4 bottles Alaskan ESB
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 finger of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 lb. flank steak, sliced thinly across the grain
  •  

    Methods/steps
    Mix all ingredients (except meat) together in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for one hour. Remove from stove and cool for 1 hour.
    Marinate flank steak strips in marinade for 1 hour.
    Remove steak strips and thread on bamboo skewers. Grill or broil until cooked through. Serve immediately. Great by themselves or serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
