The Sixth Deadly Sin
Ingredients
Desserts

Candy ingredients:

·        1 box white confectioners’ sugar

·        1 c butter, softened

·        1 c graham cracker crumbs

·        1 lb. bacon cooked and crisp

·        2 – 1lb. packages coating chocolate

The Shield:

·        24oz. thin-sliced prosciutto

The Unholy:

·        2  cups all-purpose flour

·        1 tblsp. baking powder

·        2 tsp.  kosher salt

·        ½ tsp. cayenne pepper

·        A couple dashes of Creole seasoning

·        2 cups Alaskan Amber

 

 

 

Methods/steps

Batter:
Whisk dry ingredients slowly, add beer, whisk until smooth and refrigerate for 15 minutes

Candy directions:
Mix all ingredients except chocolate. Form in to ¾-1” diameter calls and chill. Coat in chocolate and let harden. Wrap balls entirely in prosciutto – do not leave any chocolate exposed.

Unholy:
Coat in batter, tap off excess. Deep fry in peanut oil at 375 degrees until golden – only 10-15 seconds!
