Methods/steps Beat mascarpone, cream cheese, sugar, brandy, egg yolks and sour cream until well blended.
In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until soft peaks form. Gently fold egg whites into mascarpone mix. In a medium sized bowl combine Alaskan Stout, espresso, and ¼ cup brandy. Dip lady fingers one at a time, into the beer mixture so that they are just barely kissed. To assemble: Alternately layer dipped lady fingers and mascarpone mix.
