Tira Stout Misu
Ingredients
Desserts
  • 8 oz. mascarpone
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons brandy
  • 5 eggs, separated
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup Alaskan Stout
  • ½ cup espresso
  • ¼ cup brandy
  • 2 to 3 packages of lady fingers
  • Unsweetened cocoa and almond slivers to garnish
  •

    Methods/steps
Beat mascarpone, cream cheese, sugar, brandy, egg yolks and sour cream until well blended.

In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until soft peaks form.

Gently fold egg whites into mascarpone mix.

In a medium sized bowl combine Alaskan Stout, espresso, and ¼ cup brandy. Dip lady fingers one at a time, into the beer mixture so that they are just barely kissed.

To assemble: Alternately layer dipped lady fingers and mascarpone mix. Garnish with unsweetened cocoa and almond slivers.
