Ugly Raz-Stout Fudge Balls

· 2-12oz bottles of Oatmeal Stout · 2-12oz packages of frozen raspberries · 2.5 cups of chocolate chips · 1 package of chocolate almond bark · 1 melon baller Methods/steps Simmer Oatmeal Stout and frozen raspberries until reduced by half, strain out pulp and seeds. Melt 2.5 cups of chocolate chips to one cup of Raz-Stout sauce in double-boiler. Refrigerate overnight. Roll small amount of Raz-Stout fudge in to balls. Best if using melon baller. Melt chocolate almond bark in a double-boiler and pour over Raz-Stout fudge balls. |
