Venison Ribs Ala Stout
Ingredients
Meat & Poultry
  • 2 lbs. venison ribs
  • 1 12 ounce bottle of Alaskan Stout
  • 1 bottle of BBQ sauce (your choice)

    Methods/steps
    Separate ribs and add to crockpot with enough water to cover. Cook for 7 hours on the high setting. After 4 hours, pour off drippings and pour Alaskan Oatmeal Stout over the ribs. After 6 hours of simmering in Alaskan Oatmeal Stout, pour 1 bottle of BbQ sauce over the ribs and simmer for 1 hour. Serve hot.
