· 5 kg shrimp · 2.5 cups coriander · 1 cup salt · 5 orange peels · 5 cloves Methods/steps Stick 5 cloves in to orange peels. Rub shrimp with 2.5 cups of coriander and 1 cup salt, let sit for 1 hour. In a large pot, boil 1 gallon of water and 24 12oz bottles of White Ale and orange peels with cloves. Boil shrimp until each one floats to top and put on serving tray. |
