William's Alaskan Chilled Prawns

Methods/steps Fill 4 quart pot with Alaskan Amber, water, lemon and spices. Bring to a full and rolling boil.
Add prawns. Remove prawns immediately after they turn pink and chill with an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Drain well. Serve with cocktail sauce. |
