Winter Clams
Ingredients
Alaskan Winter Ale Recipes

  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 9 cloves garlic, pressed or thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 bottle (12 oz.) Alaskan Winter Ale, flat
  • 5 lbs. Steamer clams
  •  

    Methods/steps
    Heat olive oil in large pot over low to medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly until garlic is transparent. Add Alaskan Winter Ale and salt, heat through to simmering. Add steamers and cook until shells open (discard unopened clams). Serve with juice and crusty french bread and glasses of Alaskan Winter Ale. Enjoy!
