Winter Dinner
Ingredients

Methods/steps Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Brown pork chops in 2 tbsp. olive oil skillet; remove pork chops. Saute onion and carrot in remaining olive oil until tender. Place pork chops on top. Drain sauerkraut and rinse in cold water, repeating 2 to 3 times. Add parsley, salt, pepper, beer, broth and sauerkraut. Cover and cook in oven for 3 hours. Add sausage and cook one more hour.
