When do you release your seasonal beers?
Look for our popular Alaskan Summer Ale in March and Alaskan Winter Ale in October. Each vintage of our highly prized Smoked Porter is released in November and Alaskan Barley Wine in December.

Do you provide sponsorships or donate to charities?
Yes!
Alaskan Brewing Co. donates 1% of all proceeds from Alaskan IPA to our Coastal CODE fund to support the cleanup and preservation of our oceans and coastlines. We also donate all the tips our guests give our tours and tasting bar crew to a local charity selected by the Brew Crew each year.

In addition, we carefully consider in-kind donations to 501(c)(3) and other legally recognized nonprofit organizations, especially those that support the arts, environment and social services that help strengthen and beautify our communities. We have developed the following guidelines for donations, in order to best serve the communities in which we live and work. Alaskan Brewing Co.:
  • Donates beer and/or merchandise only; no cash donations are made.
  • Keeps it local, meaning we give back to the communities that support us. The states that are eligible for donations are: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming.
  • Does not donate to organizations or events where the focus is children and youths under the age of 21. As responsible craft brewers, we do not want our name associated with those not of legal drinking age.
  • Requires that the individual or organization requesting the donation accepts full responsibility for complying with local, state and federal regulations, especially those governing the management of alcohol.
  • Does not fund individuals or teams.
  • Does not support specific candidates, political organizations or legislation.
  • Requires that the organization or individual submit a written donation request to us by fax (907.780.4514) or e-mail at least 30 days in advance. Due to the volume of donation requests we receive, we are not able to honor requests made within 30 days of an event.
  • Alaskan Brewing Co. reserves the right to refuse to donate to any organization for any reason at the discretion of brewery management.

Can I order your beer online?
Not through us, but there are a couple of online stores that can ship Alaskan beer right to your door.

Check out www.Brewforia.com. They can send any amount, but they recommend a case or more to even out shipping charges.

For folks in California - Beverages & More can ship within California only. They carry Alaskan Amber, Alaskan IPA, Alaskan Pale, Alaskan Summer Ale and Alaskan Smoked Porter.

  • Order online
  • Or place your order over the phone at 907.780.5866.

  • Do you give labels or coasters to collectors?
We love collectors, but a brewery our size can’t support all your requests. Kindly send requests for current labels or coasters with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

    Alaskan Brewing Co.
    Attn: Label/coaster request
    5429 Shaune Drive
    Juneau, AK 99801

International requests must be accompanied by an international postage coupon to cover the mailing. International collectors in Europe can contact Leo Biest by e-mail at alaskan.labels@planet.nl

The labels are free, but he may charge actual shipping.

We will do the best we can to fill your request. However, please note that we don’t always have coasters in stock and we have run out of many of our old seasonal labels. Collectors seeking our out-of-print labels should consider contacting American Breweriana Association regarding membership and available programs.
