Joe: How were you thinking of cooking the shrimp, Geoff? Geoff: Well I really hadn’t thought about the details – but – I guess we could put them on this rack, which I bought from Fred Meyers, it’s great to cook vegetables on (asparagus doesn’t work too well on it because they fall between the wires). Then we should probably add a little beer to the fire so that they get steamed a little bit. At all times, I think we need to remember to still let the fire give them that BBW flavor. Cook them about 1 minute on each side then let them steam with the Weber lid still on (did you know that Marcy bought this Weber for three bucks?). Joe how did YOU think we should cook them?
