Tours, beer and gear
Alaskan Brewing Co. has been located in the same building since we first opened our doors in 1986. Back then we only had 2,000 square feet of space and we shared the warehouse with other tenants, including an indoor driving range. (We never did get around to painting over that green wall.) Now we have 35,000 square feet of space, in which we conduct all of our brewing, bottling and business operations. We also have a gift shop and tasting bar for our many fans. Please stop by and join us for a complimentary presentation and beer sample - and pick up some beer gear while you're here.

Winter Hours: October - April: 11 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Tuesday - Saturday
Summer Hours: May - September: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m., 7 days a week
Beer is available for off-sale purchase:
We sell individual bottles, 6-packs, 12-packs and cases of our beers, as well as 5-gallon kegs (about 40 16 oz pints) of beer. Legally, we can only sell one 5-gallon keg per customer per day. Keg purchases come with a pump and a sleeve of cups. Kegs are to be returned within 30 days of purchase. A $100 deposit is required for all keg purchases and will be refunded if the keg is returned within 30 days. We cannot reserve kegs in advance.
Availability of each flavor varies depending on the season and our brewing schedule.

Stop by the Alaskan Brewing Depot just blocks from the dock in downtown Juneau. The Alaskan Brewing Depot offers a complete selection of Alaskan lifestyle clothing, outerwear, barware and fun gifts. We also feature a variety of gourmet items from manufacturers throughout Alaska to complement our world-class products.
Located at 219 S. Franklin Street, the Alaskan Brewing Depot is more than just a store, it's an Alaskan Brewing experience. Take a peek into our unique way of brewing with our virtual tour and wander through our second floor gallery to learn about the history of our award-winning brews and the stories of the dedicated crew behind them.
While we do not serve beer at the Depot, be sure to ask the crew for directions to any of the nearby bars and restaurants where you can find our products.
**NEW** Now you can take a direct shuttle from the downtown Alaskan Brewing Depot to our Brewery and Tasting Room! For $6/person each way, Liquid Alaska Tours will provide hourly transportation between our locations. The shuttle departs from the Depot at :40 past each hour, beginning at 10:40 am.
