By now, most hardcore snowboarders have heard about Tailgate Alaska: World Freeride Festival. It is their chance to be shown around the Chugach, by its most experienced guides and riders. These riders see Alaska as the ultimate bounty – and it is. The mountains stack shoulder to should, each eclipsing America’s great resorts – Snowbird, Jackson, Telluride, Mammoth etc. The snow comes in deep and light, creating colossal curtains of snow with each descending turn.
Alaskan Brewing is making the trip and inviting you to share this experience with us at Tailgate Alaska this spring. Come ride the Chugach this March and April and see the unlimited bottomless powder and mind-numbing peaks for yourself.
We had so much fun last year that we have partnered up with Tailgate Alaska founder Mark Sullivan and Alaska Backcountry Adventures to bring one person with us to the 2010 Tailgate Alaska: World Freeride Festival.
